Access and correction
You may request access to personal data held about you, information about its use or disclosure, or correction of an error or omission by contacting the Data Protection Officer. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and you will be informed before processing.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw consent in writing. RDC Group will explain the likely consequences and generally aims to process a withdrawal request within 10 working days. Withdrawal does not affect collection, use or disclosure permitted or required by law, and does not necessarily require deletion of retained information.
Public forums, testimonials and security
Information voluntarily posted to a public forum may be read, collected or used by others. RDC Group is not responsible for personal data you choose to submit there. Consent is obtained before publishing customer names or titles in testimonials.
RDC Group uses appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect visitor and customer personal data. This policy may be amended, with material changes notified on the website before taking effect.
